No problem! But I'm not sure if I understand your question. When they say put XXXXX instead of your ID, they mean if you're planning to let other people use the layout. It makes it easier for them to plug in their ID because they won't know which numbers to switch out. If the layout is just for you, put in your ID.

They can't really reject stuff for repetition....even though we had an issue with a guy who would submit the same layout but with different colors all the time when I was on staff. He was an ass too. I politely confronted him about it and he went all 10-year-old on me. :/

It took like a week for my latest addition (my smilies) to be added. There was a lot of backlog I guess! But there are so many graphics on here I guess it just takes a while to seem them all. :S I lovee Gaga so I search for her specifically, teehee~

That's because mostly the same people make CB layouts. Same people = same style. I've only made the one because I don't go on CB too much these days. D:

heyya sorry for the late reply, regarding the image quality, once you save it in png format i don't really think there should be a problem regarding its quality. well unless you've actually save it in png-16 or smth liddat i don't really remember but i once hv save it in png-smth format when i save em in slices and yes the img does kinda sucks.

Thanks for all those layout comments! I really appreciate it. As for how I got the image of Lady Gaga so crisp and to give the appearance of how it jumps off the page, was easy. I searched around for not just a large image, but a bright, colorful image of her. When I removed the background from her, I blurred all of the edges to not draw your attention to her edges, but her body. Then I went to filter>sharpen>sharpen. Then I added the slight drop shadow to make it seem like she is lifted off the page. Finally I added the brushes behind her to add to her.
